Heart pumping full body training session. Geared towards building muscle and strength, while burning fat!
Build your strength with resistance exercises. The class will incorporate traditional weight-room exercises and compound exercises using weighted bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and bodyweight to challenge you. This workout will give you an exciting range of strengthening, balance, muscle gains and core exercises while improving cardiovascular health.
